"This is just to applaud and recommend Trips SouthAmerica as the perfect agency to look after your trip in South America. We have been working with Leandro Zamprogno for the past years to set up tours to Patagonia for Don Smith Photography. His work ethic and attention to detail is amazing. Leandro ALWAYS promptly responds to emails and phone calls with the upmost politeness. He seems to have a calm demeanor especially under pressure and has saved us several times from disasters on our tours. He is able to keep many, many details straight in his mind and I can rest assured that once I have told him something, he will take care of it. I don’t have to remind him or ask twice. Leandro is also a skilled people person, able to work with people from all different cultures and generations. Those of my clients who have worked with him also speak very highly of him.     Trips SouthAmerica allows you to make 2 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 60 days before the start of the tour.

  • Low Deposit

    Trips SouthAmerica requires a minimum deposit of 30% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 45 days before departure.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Trips SouthAmerica charges.

    Up to 46 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit
    At 45 days before tour starts: Forfeit 60% of tour cost
    At 30 days before tour starts: Forfeit 80% of tour cost
    At 14 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of tour cost
  • Secure payments

    All payments are deposited into an externally regulated Trust account.
